Most evenings my after-dinner routine was to put my feet up and watch Netflix, catch up on the news or scroll through social media. However, now that we’re into summer and evenings are brighter, I’ve changed things up and started getting out for a 20-minute walk instead.
And the benefits are great!

Which one would you choose?
On the left we have a concoction of plant based ingredients meant to replicate what is arguably one of nature’s perfect foods. It has little nutritional value other than maybe some low-quality protein from mung bean and has a long list of questionable ingredients.
