In my mid-twenties, after years of eating poor quality foods and bad exercise programs. I found myself in terrible physical condition.
Since then, I’ve been on a journey to find the right program. I’ve tried all of the above workouts and diets to various degrees of success and what I’ve realized is that, there is no one perfect diet or exercise routine and there is no one size fits all.
However, there are some fundamental principles to nutrition and exercisethat will have positive health effects for everyone. And if you understand and follow them, if you make them part of your everyday life, you’ll enjoy a strong, healthy and energetic body.
I'm not blessed with great genetics and I’m not a fitness fanatic exercising every day. I work out for 30 minutes 3 to 4 times per week. Yes, I eat very healthy foods, however, I enjoy the less nutritious options regularly too. But what I do well is follow my framework of principles consistently. Keeping me is good shape 15 years after changing my body.
On December 30th I'll be starting a 6-week online program where I will teach these principles. As part of the course I will also provide customized training & nutrition programs for each participant to follow on my app.
