Meet your coach
Hi, I’m Joe! I've been coaching busy professionals in nutrition and exercise since April 2006. Over the years, I've seen some amazing transformations – not just in people's bodies, but in their businesses, relationships, and overall lives.
I've also had clients who didn't achieve the results they wanted. However, I believe we learn more from failure than success. That's why I've studied those experiences, sought feedback, and used that knowledge to improve my coaching methods.
My own journey has taught me a lot too. At 25, I wasn't in great shape – overweight and lacking muscle tone. But over a year, I transformed my body, losing 14lbs of fat and gaining 14lbs of muscle. And I've maintained that physique for the last 20 years, hovering around 170lbs with 12-15% body fat.
So, I've taken the wisdom from my own journey and that of my clients, successful and not-so-successful, and packaged it into a coaching approach that almost guarantees results.
