Get it right: Many people think they have to run to lose weight, in fact, they have to lose weight in order to run!

Client: When do I get a cheat day?
Me: Up to this point, your last 10 years have been a cheat day!
Training tip: If the last rep of each set is not slower than the first, the weight is too light. Go heavier!
Warning: Research shows that if you are older than 65 and you fall and break your hip, there is 30-40 % chance you’ll be dead within 12 months.
Weight training is your best prevention, if you’re not doing it you need to start NOW!
Nutrition tip: Meal prepping may take an hour or two out of your weekend but now you have food for the week.
