Its not about starting… It’s about stopping!

Reporter: What’s the central part of your training? Is it running? Is it sparring?

Muhammad Ali: It’s none of those, it’s dodging the nightclubs and the parties and being in bed before 9pm.

Getting yourself into top physical shape is more about what you need to STOP - than what you need to START.

STOP:

  • Eating ultra-processed junk food.

  • Drinking calories – Soda, juice, alcohol, frappuccions, etc…

  • Snacking between meals.

  • Late night snacking.

  • Going to bed late.

  • Chocolate and sweet deserts.

  • Eating out, especially lunches.

  • Ordering fast food deliveries.

  • Over thinking what you need to do.


START:

  • Eating whole, nutrient dense food meals 3 times a day.

  • Weight training 3 times per week.

  • Walking 20 – 30 minutes per day.
