A Good Nutrition Plan Is This Simple...

Many people feel overwhelmed when it comes to nutrition and don’t know where to start. However, it might be easier than you think. Here’s a simple guide for you.

Take a pen and paper and make a list of meats and fish you like.

Example:
Beef burgers, steaks, roast. Chicken breasts, roasts, Lamb chops, Pork tenderloin etc.
Salmon filets, Tuna streaks, Cod, Sardines etc.

If you like eggs add them to the list and if you can eat dairy like yogurt and cottage cheese, add those to the list now too.

Next, make a list of all the vegetables you like. Start with leafy greens and then explore other options:

Example:
Broccoli, spinach, kale, Swiss chard, arugula, avocado.
Bell peppers, carrots, cucumbers, zucchini, tomatoes.
Sweet potatoes, carrots, beets, radishes, turnips

Next on the list is going to be fruit. Begin with tart fruits and move on to sweeter options.

Example:
Apples, pears, plums, berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
Bananas, mangoes, oranges, peaches, grapes.

By using this list, you have a guide for choosing the best foods to eat. Use olive oil, any kind of herbs and spices, balsamic or red wine vinegars.

When you're planning meals, you can easily combine these ingredients to create delicious and nutritious dishes. Here are three meals based on the above foods.

Breakfast: Scrambled eggs & Avocado.
Lunch: Tuna salad.
Dinner: Steak, broccoli & sweet potato.

That's it! It’s not complicated, you just have to do it!
