My No.1 Fitness Hack
A fitness hack, nutritional hack, weight loss hack is the equivalent of a ‘get rich quick scheme’. Both promise a high rate of return/success, with little effort or time.
Here’s my hack. ‘Master the Fundamentals’
The best chance of succeeding in anything is to learn the basics and do them well. However, most people don't do this. It takes time, effort and, dedication. It also gets boring doing the same thing over and over again.
But if you need to lose weight or you want to improve your physical shape here are 5 fundamentals you need to get right.
Do some resistance training every week. Focus on your technique on the foundational movements like squats, push-ups, shoulder press, pull-ups, deadlifts.
Eat a whole-food-based diet and prioritize protein in each meal. No take out’s, junk food, or snacks.
Don’t drink calories. Stick with water.
Be consistent – Schedule workouts in your calendar, set reminders, hold yourself accountable and, create good habits.
Be patient – It takes time.
Don’t be distracted by the latest fad diet or fitness hack. Master the fundamentals and you’ll be in great physical shape.
